"We purchased a farm property outside of Falkland in late 2017. We noticed our house water pressure was quite restricted over the next few months. We tried contacting a few water well service companies in mid 2018 with only Paul from Generation Pumps returning our call in short order. He spent time inspecting our system and recommending changes to improve our pressure and quality of water. He kept us informed of all his steps in correcting our issues and the costs involved. We are very pleased with the end result of what Paul had done to improve our pressure and quality of drinking water and eliminating iron in our pipes.
Also, our water froze in early February this year, Paul was called and showed up within the hour to thaw out the line and get the water flowing again. We would highly recommend Paul and his company for his commitment and quality of service."

I would recommend Generation Pump Company to anyone. My pressure tank and water softener needed to be replaced in January. Paul came out right away and gave me a quote to replace them. I called other companies and compared prices. They were right in line, perhaps a bit cheaper so I called Paul back and he came and installed the pressure tank and water softener. He was fast and explained everything as he went along and he cleaned up after himself! Very important. He was also friendly and courteous and I felt very at ease having him in my home. A part on the softener didn’t work right so Gary came out and replaced it as soon as the new part arrived. They were both a joy to do business with and I highly recommend them.
One thing that made Generation Pump Company stand out for me was the way they treated me. I’m a woman and the first thing the other guys did when they showed up to give a quote was ask where my husband was. The feeling they gave me was they thought I couldn’t understand what needed to be done and I felt they would overcharge because of that. I never got even a hint of that attitude from Paul or Gary.

Generation Pump was extremely responsive when we experienced a water well issue several months ago. They knew we needed water for the farm and house and jumped to action on our behalf. I have nothing but good to say about the Moore's and Generation pumps. They were there asap when we had an emergency and were able to make me confident that there would be a good solution soon. Super friendly and respectful and did what they said they would do in a timely fashion. Also came back to fix any issues that came from the install of the new pumps. While I hope we never have well issues again, I would certainly call them first.
